SonnY Goldson will teach the new Christ Light Meditation Class Sunday mornings from 9am to 10am at the Dolphin World Wellness Center.

SonnY Goldson grew up in the Air Force and thus has lived in many different countries.  He was exposed to many different cultures and spiritual practices.  Always the Seeker, he has always yearned to “Know” the truths that are only known when they become “Self Evident” in your consciousness.  SonnY chose the academic pathway and was a  Licensed Psychotherapist for 17 years, studying conventional Modalities, Para-psychology and other Spiritual/Religious Pathways.SonnY has been a devoted student and active member of the Christ Center of Divine Philosophy in Oklahoma City.  This school was formerly known as the Lotus Center and was founded by Audle Allison.  The teachings of Audle Allison and teachings of Billy Butenhoff are the basis for the classwork.  SonnY has been a Devoted Student for over 20 years and an active teacher for over 18 years. The Meditation classes are dynamic and sequential.  As you grow and unfold in the classwork, you make yourself ready for the next class.  There are many different types of exercises involved in the school. It is an eclectic school that incoroporates Truths from many different pathways.

The current and most exciting classwork is related to the 4 Aspects and 16 Loves of the Trinity.  With practice, you will incorporate these Loves into your being and Create these Loves in your world.   Instruction and Guided Meditation practices are weekly and open to all.
